• Details here apply to terms work only — ask at the counter if your job spans more than one track at Silver Shadow Studio (this site).
• Quotes from the studio stay valid for the window stated in the reply; silent price lists on this site are guides only for Kowloon visitors.
• Appointments at the studio should arrive on time during Tue–Sat 10:00–18:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via desk@this site so the slot can reopen.

Indirect damages from website downtime on this site are excluded where Hong Kong law allows; direct craft faults are handled under our redo policy.

Trademarks and layout of this site belong to the studio. Deep-linking for ads needs written OK from desk@this site.

Updates to this site terms post here with the date changed — continuing to book knitting work after notice means you accept the revision.
