How We Work

Every commission follows a collaborative process designed to bring your vision to life.

1. Consultation

We begin with a conversation about your needs, preferences, and the context in which the piece will live. This may happen in person, by video call, or through detailed correspondence.

2. Design & Proposal

Based on our discussion, we prepare sketches or samples along with a detailed proposal including timeline and pricing. You will have the opportunity to refine the design before we proceed.

3. Creation

With your approval, the artisan begins work. We provide progress updates and welcome you to visit the workshop during the making process. Adjustments can often be accommodated at this stage.

4. Delivery

The finished piece is delivered with care instructions and, for larger items, installation support. We remain available for any questions about maintaining your piece over time.

The prices listed above represent starting points for each craft discipline. Final pricing depends on several factors:

  • Material selection and sourcing requirements
  • Complexity of design and technical challenges
  • Size and scale of the finished piece
  • Timeline requirements and scheduling

We provide detailed written proposals before beginning any work, so there are no surprises. Payment is typically structured as a deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion.
